The Coach y El Profe son apps de L5 Studios. Este aviso dice qué datos guardamos, a quién se los damos, para qué, y cómo los borras. Está escrito para leerse, no para cubrirnos.
Qué guardamos
- Tu correo y tu nombre, porque son tu cuenta y lo que ven tus rivales de liga.
- Tu contraseña, cifrada. No se guarda en claro y nadie —tampoco nosotros— puede leerla.
- Lo que haces en tu liga: tu equipo, tu roster, tus alineaciones, tus cambios y tus marcadores. En El Profe, tus pronósticos de la quiniela.
- Tu equipo favorito de la NFL, para vestir la app de tus colores.
- Un identificador de tu teléfono para poder mandarte notificaciones. Se borra solo cuando desinstalas.
- Reportes de fallo cuando la app truena: qué pantalla y qué versión. Sin nombres ni contenido.
La inteligencia artificial: qué sale de aquí
Las funciones de IA —revisar tu alineación, el análisis del draft, la crónica de la semana— mandan a un proveedor externo un resumen de tu liga: nombres de equipos, jugadores y números. Es lo mínimo que hace falta para que el consejo sirva.
Lo que NUNCA sale: tu correo, tu contraseña, tu teléfono ni ningún dato de contacto. El proveedor recibe «Mi equipo tiene a Mahomes y va perdiendo por 12», no quién eres.
Hoy el proveedor es Groq y, cuando su cuota se agota, Anthropic. Ambos se comprometen a no entrenar modelos con lo que se les manda por API. Si algún día cambiamos de proveedor, este aviso cambia con él.
Qué NO hacemos
No vendemos tus datos. No hay publicidad ni rastreadores. No te seguimos por otras apps ni por internet. No usamos tu información para nada que no sea hacer funcionar tu liga.
El dinero: no lo tocamos
Las fichas del mercado de predicciones son ficticias: no se compran, no se cambian por nada y no salen de tu liga. En las quinielas de El Profe, si tu grupo junta dinero, ese acuerdo es entre ustedes y nunca pasa por la app. No procesamos pagos ni guardamos datos bancarios.
Los respaldos
Cada día se guarda una copia de las ligas y las cuentas para poder recuperarlas si algo falla. Las copias no incluyen contraseñas en claro ni datos de pago, y se guardan solo mientras sirven.
Borrar todo
Desde la app: Mi cuenta → Borrar mi cuenta. Se va tu cuenta, tus equipos y tus pronósticos, sin escribirle a nadie y sin pedir explicaciones. Lo que queda son los marcadores de las ligas donde jugaste, porque son de los otros miembros también.
Menores
La app no está dirigida a menores de 13 años y no pedimos edad. Si te enteras de que un menor creó una cuenta, escríbenos y la borramos.

Privacy notice

The Coach and El Profe are apps by L5 Studios. This notice says what data we keep, who we hand it to, what for, and how you delete it. It's written to be read, not to cover us.
What we keep
- Your email and your name, because they are your account and what your league rivals see.
- Your password, encrypted. It isn't stored in the clear and nobody — us included — can read it.
- What you do in your league: your team, your roster, your lineups, your trades and your scores. In El Profe, your pool picks.
- Your favorite NFL team, to dress the app in your colors.
- An identifier for your phone so we can send you notifications. It goes away when you uninstall.
- Crash reports when the app breaks: which screen and which version. No names, no content.
Artificial intelligence: what leaves here
The AI features — checking your lineup, the draft analysis, the weekly recap — send an outside provider a summary of your league: team names, player names and numbers. It's the minimum the advice needs to be any good.
What NEVER leaves: your email, your password, your phone or any contact detail. The provider receives "my team has Mahomes and is down by 12", not who you are.
Today the provider is Groq and, when its quota runs out, Anthropic. Both commit to not training models on what is sent to them through the API. If we ever change provider, this notice changes with it.
What we don't do
We don't sell your data. There are no ads and no trackers. We don't follow you across other apps or the web. We don't use your information for anything other than running your league.
Money: we don't touch it
The prediction market chips are fictional: they aren't bought, aren't exchanged for anything and never leave your league. In El Profe pools, if your group puts money together, that deal is between you and never goes through the app. We don't process payments and don't store banking details.
Backups
A copy of the leagues and accounts is saved daily so they can be recovered if something fails. The copies include no plaintext passwords and no payment data, and are kept only as long as they're useful.
Deleting everything
From the app: My account → Delete my account. Your account, your teams and your picks go, without writing to anyone and without being asked why. What stays are the scores of the leagues you played in, because they belong to the other members too.
Minors
The app isn't aimed at anyone under 13 and we don't ask for age. If you learn that a minor created an account, write to us and we'll delete it.
