Olvidé mi contraseña

En la pantalla de entrar, escribe tu correo y toca «Olvidé mi contraseña». Te llega un código de seis dígitos que vence en 15 minutos.

¿Cómo entro a la liga de mis amigos?

Necesitas el código de invitación, que da quien creó la liga. Va en la pestaña Liga → Tengo un código.

No me llegan los recordatorios

Salen 90 minutos antes de tu primer partido, y solo si te falta poner alineación. Revisa que el correo de tu cuenta esté bien escrito y mira la carpeta de no deseados.

¿Se apuesta dinero?

No. Las fichas del mercado de predicciones son ficticias: no se compran, no se cambian por nada y no salen de tu liga.

Quiero borrar mi cuenta

Ajustes → Borrar mi cuenta, dentro de la app. Es inmediato y no hay que pedírselo a nadie.

What people ask most

I forgot my password

On the sign-in screen, type your email and tap "Forgot my password". You get a six-digit code that expires in 15 minutes.

How do I join my friends' league?

You need the invite code, handed out by whoever created the league. It goes in the League → I have a code tab.

I'm not getting the reminders

They go out 90 minutes before your first game, and only if you still haven't set a lineup. Check that your account email is spelled right and look in your spam folder.

Is real money bet?

No. The prediction market chips are fictional: they aren't bought, aren't exchanged for anything and never leave your league.

I want to delete my account

Settings → Delete my account, inside the app. It's immediate and you don't have to ask anyone.
